I love this bottle. I've had it for about 2 months and have been drinking a gallon a day consistenently since I got it. The main thing I noticed is that my face and skin is much clearer now. I have less blemishes and rarely have breakouts now. I always knew to stay away from juice/sodas etc when trying to clear up acne, clear face etc. However, I didn't realize that my water intake was still not sufficient enough. This bottle helps me ensure im consistently getting the proper water intake and the time markings on the bottle keeps me motivated. Who knew that the fountain of youth is just WATER! I also notice that don't need the water to always be cold like i used to anymore. Its hard to keep this cold when I carry it with me everywhere I go but now I'm fine with drinking room temperature water. It is actually better for your digestive system anyway. Its also a great conversation starter as people stop me all the time and talk to me about the bottle. Get one of these bottles if you don't think you are getting enough water.
