It was the sound that made the first pleasant impression. The speeds really switch from minimum to maximum, and do not have a switching scale purely for beauty, like my now garbage (grandmother, sorry!), The aforementioned cheap mixer, which, when lowered into a container, the batter on the move beautifully sprayed on the table, on the walls , for me, at the same time, regardless of the set speed, after which, we had to deal with unscheduled bath and cleaning procedures with the walls and the table. Proteins, cream, yeast dough I beat and knead in a large combine, but by the mixer itself I can say for sure that it will beat proteins and cream perfectly, I won’t say for yeast dough, probably this is not an impossible task for him, it’s just inconvenient knead the types of dough with a hand mixer, I won’t even try. As for pancake dough, casserole mixtures, whipping a small amount of ingredients - I am personally very pleased with the device. I will also use an immersion blender, but I repeat, for frequent use of an immersion blender, it is not very convenient in terms of design, it is more convenient to use a vertical handle type. In general, for its price, a very worthy model, especially when you don’t feel like washing the combine bowl because of pancakes. It remains to check the time and amount of use.
