I like that we can create custom workflows for any type of issue/request. It also helps us be more efficient by being able to pull up previous issues and find other people who worked on them so we don't have duplicate effort or go down different paths trying to solve an issue. If you're looking for something flexible yet robust - look no further! We have been using ZINIER since they first launched in 2011 and haven't had any problems at all. The support team has always gotten back very promptly when there's an issue. There are some reports missing certain data which could take time to fix if needed but it doesn’t happen often enough that this becomes a huge problem. A couple things that were added later (such as the ability to search by customer) would really help improve our efficiency and make life easier if those features weren't available from the start.
