Ziniers - a safe work app for any remote work site!

I like that it helps keep my employees safe while working in remote areas of Alaska. It also allows me to get an overview of all our workers from one place without having to check each employee's individual site/job logs individually. The app crashed for about 20 minutes during out annual offsite training event because they were overloaded at first launch - not sure if this was their fault or ours but we have since upgraded servers (and made changes ourselves) so hopefully no more problems…

Pros
  • It's easy for me to update from my phone or email to update the various sites we run
Cons
  • It's not quite as easy for our employees to access while on the job sites

Great platform with tons capabilities, especially useful due process automation

I like that we can create custom workflows for any type of issue/request. It also helps us be more efficient by being able to pull up previous issues and find other people who worked on them so we don't have duplicate effort or go down different paths trying to solve an issue. If you're looking for something flexible yet robust - look no further! We have been using ZINIER since they first launched in 2011 and haven't had any problems at all. The support team has always gotten back very promptly
