Poor quality materials.
This balancing kit includes both new cables and new dishwasher door wheels. After installing the new parts, the door creaked, squeaked, and squeaked louder than any old barn door in Kansas! Although the complete wheels look like the originals, the plastic they are made of doesn't work properly. Due to the weight of the door, the plastic wheels get caught, so the cord must run over the stopped wheels. I ended up using new cables, but the old wheels were complete. I do not recommend this product.
