I had a problem with a frog bite covering the water surface in my 55 gallon aquarium. I dug it up every week but it grew back until there was no room to throw fish food. This thing is tiny but fixed the problem. At first I had to wash it off several times a day, now I only have to rinse it off once or twice a week. Azoo has a larger one, but the plastic is opaque so you can't see what's inside. If it were clear I would order it today. Like a warning. Always reinsert the screen after cleaning. One day I took out the strainer to rinse, got distracted and forgot to put it back in. The next day I found one of my brown catfish in it, dead. Apparently he swam in and couldn't get out of the tight fit and died. Otherwise it worked great and removed all the floating plants in my tank.
