I bought 2 of these bidet heads. Installation is simple: disconnect the house from the toilet and connect it to the nozzle, then remove the seat and reinstall with spacers. No longer than 10 minutes from start to finish. What makes me angry is the extremely poor quality of these bidets. The plastic is brittle even when new. The valve is very difficult to operate and closing after use is just a matter of luck. One of the bidets already needs some pressure on the top of the valve to close and stop the water from leaking out. I don't expect these bidets to last long and having spent about a hundred dollars each I am beyond disappointed in them. I can't find a metal alternative that isn't outrageously expensive.
