They are too light for this type of anchor. **No way** none of them will hold 400# with the screws provided, especially when under tension. A picture shows a punching bag - HA! Cops***! Maybe if the bag is full of peanuts and you hit it like a kid. With a really heavy sack, the screws would tear out of the wood with the first hit. To get the full power out of them you need nuts and bolts. The hole is big enough for 3/16" or 5mm fittings. This is normal, not an exception, but not a rip off either. If I need more anchors, I won't buy them.
