Bolts too short, jam nut threads mismatched, poor customer service
I could return the product but I'll probably get better bolts. They're either too short (on the shelf, the bolts aren't long enough to engage the nylon insert into the locknuts), or the threads don't exactly match the threads of the locknuts themselves. Usually, for better fasteners, you have to go to the hardware store. Oh, and the Louisville Ladders customer service number lets you listen to "Please wait for an available agent" at least 30 times before hanging up if you're like me.
