My wife has dementia. She ALWAYS loses her phone. He's in a black otter box, which she doesn't want to change to a lighter color. I bought this tape to attach to my phone. A pair of straps on the back, sides and front edges of the phone case did the trick. Whether under the bed, behind the headboard, in bed, between the car seats, we'll find it. Just something that glows a little in the dark, you can definitely see it. My only complaint about the sticking is probably my fault. Maybe I didn't clean the surface well enough. I rinsed the Otterbox fairly well with isopropyl alcohol before applying the tape, but the tape on the sides and front is curling at the ends. You will not stay. What sticks is safe. I tried cutting off the ends that weren't sticking and twisting the new ends. The tape on the back is continuous. The ribbon is pale yellow in color upon receipt. Only when illuminated indoors does it turn jade green.
