Poor quality control
First of all, I love Grave Before Shave products. However, the last two beard balms I got from them had the same problem. The scent isn't as strong as it should be and there are small globules in the balm that don't dissolve easily. As much as I love this product I would recommend avoiding their products until they fix this problem with their balms.
