There are some flaws but overall a great product.

This is our first time using this product. Initially he had trouble printing, but after working with one of their tech support representatives we realized that we had an old version of the system loaded on our computer and our version of Windows needed to be updated. After these two fixes, everything worked like clockwork! They have great tech support. Ray was exceptionally helpful, polite and considerate. I never had to wait and he seemed very knowledgeable. Thank you Ray! 🤍
