The strap fits snugly into the Mavic Air2 controller antenna socket. Once you unplug the USB-C to XXX connection cable, it snaps easily into place. In fact, it snaps into place so well (which is what you want) that it takes some effort to disengage when you want to remove the strap for storage. It's made of durable, high-quality plastic that shows no signs of breakage, especially around the eyelets where the strap attaches. Of course, if you decide to use a different simple harness than the one included in the package, I find it good and comfortable and you will fly for several hours. Overall it's good value for money and very affordable. Of course, this is much better than trying to do something with your own hands that can damage your expensive controller.
