Disclaimer: I received this item as a discount from the seller in exchange for a full and honest review. I usually let her walk around with a scarf around my neck. Although we now live in a city that has laws that require dogs to be kept on a leash, I'm glad I got this product! It's not tight around her collar, but tight enough to stop her on her shoulders when she pulls. The material is a soft mesh that she didn't even want to take off. In fact, I had to persuade her to drop it in order to put it on. She loves it! The only thing I want is a reflector.
