The bag is good quality, and very cute. The zipper on the front is a bit rough. I can not stand the straps on this! You can not adjust how low the bag sits. It looks like you can adjust the straps because of the belt loop on it but it does not hold at all. I am 5'8 and the bag hangs down to my butt. Not fun when walking with it. I had to tie a knot (which looks retarded) in order for the bag to be raised up and actually stay there. The straps also get twisted and too hard to turn around. If this bag had a less fragile zipper and different straps it would be a great buy. The straps have to go!
