So far it's better than the metal versions.
This is only my second ceramic spatula. The first one (from another manufacturer) broke after a few years. But the blade here seems to "bite" a bit unwillingly, depending on the fruit. The mango and kiwi skin seems to give it time. It can also be a bit wider. It is easy to hold and washes well.
