Rated 5 above but would like to rate higher. My baby Annabelle (2 year old, Chinese Crested) weighs 4.3 pounds. Circumference 12 inches, back 9.5 inches, neck 7 inches. I have ordered from many different companies and have yet to find something that suits her. The small ones from other companies were too big for her, but the small ones in this one are perfect, with a little more room to manoeuvre. Your size chart fits. This is my first time ordering from Tony Hobie and I'll be happy to order again. Received quickly, well packaged, the fabric is dense and soft, not thin, very well finished.
