It helped us to connect our clients to call centre and other channels for their video conferencing needs. It also made it easy to manage all of our remote employees. They have some good customer support service but sometimes it can be hard to get through to them by phone or email. I would recommend this product for call centres that want to provide a virtual solution for their customers. We used this product for video conferencing with clients who were in different time zones. This product allowed us to see what they saw so we could collaborate in real time without actually being in the same room.
