Problem fixed: Audio and video accessories

I bought this loop antenna to replace the one that came with the original Phonak system my dad uses. He complained that the signal came and went the same way. The new one solved the problem. I have bought both long and short neck loops. The long one is easy to put on the head. The short one is too short to wear over the head and needs to be detached from the Phonak device to turn it on and off.
