these things are pretty cool. My favorite feature is the polycarbonate body and lens. You can smash it with a hammer and you won't break it. You can damage it or otherwise disable it, but I can't tell you the number of times I've had light to moderate contact with a trailer light and the light just clicked/broke. That won't happen to them. I've been wearing them on my snowmobile trailer for the past 3 years. No problems so far.
