I was quite skeptical about how good this belt is, so I tested it on several other belts first. before using it on a very expensive Hermès leather belt. This tool has worked great every time. As you can see, all the narrowest holes are punched with one tool. The third strap has a hole because I bought a leather strap to practice with this tool. needless to say that I gave it a try and decided it was good and started working on his other belts. The tool also includes the new Awl tool which definitely helped when I was marking the spot I wanted to pierce and also gouging the pierced skin. This tool also comes with a few other accessories that seem useful, like 3 extra punch plates, but I haven't used any of them yet. Basically, it does a good job of punching a clean hole identical to others while carefully preserving the surrounding skin, including a ridiculously expensive Hermès belt. Thanks very much!
