This works for me. Fit in my Honda Pilot just fine. Could use a little trimming but it's too cold to do that now. It does smell so I don't know if I'll smell it more once summer comes and the car really heats up. I let it air out in the garage for a few days before putting it in my car. I don't smell anything when I'm in the car unless you put your face closer to it but again, it's nearly winter here. It stays in place for me. No where near as good quality as the more expensive foot mats that are in my car but for the small price paid for this, I'm happy enough and it met my immediate needs to protect my trunk (with the 3rd row seats down).
