Not Worth the Price!

I recently purchased a boning knife for my Home and Kitchen and was disappointed to find that it did not live up to its advertised standards. After I put it to the test, I found that its sharpness was no better than a cheaper knife, and it was difficult to maintain its edge... The only pro is its stainless steel material, but that does not justify the high price. Save your money and invest in a better knife..
