I have to say this is a good product to use. I have severe bilateral arm pain due to excessive computer/device use. Probably carpal tunnel/arthritis in right hand and left finger. I bought it as a last resort solution to a chronic problem. It feels great and provides instant relief. Not 100% relief (yet), but I hope this device is the game changer I needed to bring lasting relief. I have researched and tried various hand/wrist massagers. Many had advantages and disadvantages and were good for one but not so good for the other. This massager is truly the best on the market, and not just "the best on the market" but outstanding and perfect. In fact, it REALLY hits all areas of your wrist/hands/fingers/hands with an amazing combination of pressure/pressure release (which really works on my palm/thumb area) and rotating finger and hand massage. I know this post is long but when I find a product that really deserves a good review I try my best to help the company and the customers. There are so many options and so much junk these days. So when I find something this good, I want people to know that buying it is the right thing to do. This is the best you can find. Promise. My hands feel MUCH better. My hands thank me and you will thank me (and my company) if you buy this. It's now part of my daily routine that I look forward to all day! I can't recommend enough.
