Paper thin tomatoes.

I like having a sharp knife. Pocket knives, steak knives, chef's knives. I have an electric sharpener, a manual sharpener, and these blocks. I use all three to keep my blades sharp: a hand sharpener before cooking, an electric one about once a month, then this one about once a quarter. Very happy with the results.
