Perfect for running !

This flask works perfectly - I use them in regular training runs & during races - never leak and don’t mold or hold onto flavors in the silicone ! They did stain but I don’t care so long as they work properly ! These are pricey for just one 5 oz flask . so I will keep looking for a two pack elsewhere . For now though , this is the best running flask Or bottle Ive tried & I have tried a lot !

Pros

Can hold up to 12oz of water or sports drink, providing you with a sufficient amount of hydration

Cons

The flask may be more prone to developing discoloration or staining over time
