Review on Hillsdale Brownington Counter Height Cottage by Ashley Rogers

This is an overview of a wooden bar height stool from Hillsdale. This stool is an absolutely flawless piece of furniture! Incredibly beautiful, the perfect balance between modern and classic style, solid but not heavy looking. . The top, at least 2 inches deep, is a cross-section of a very old tree (no, I didn't count the rings). It is a set of wood that is comfortable to sit on. I use it next to my vanity, it's a tall stand and nothing feminine about it, but it's not clumsy or out of place. It's eye-catching, which is an odd comment on a stool, but I think because it's not something you'd expect on a personal vanity, it's quite eye-catching and the quality is obvious. It reminds me of the environment in my grandparents' house; functional, simply stylized - without frills, because the beauty was in the wood and in the craftsmanship. . The stool required assembly, which was done by just one person and completed in a short amount of time. My husband said to add to the review that you should loosely attach the 3 legs to the seat, make sure the ring is in the correct direction (there are marks on it) and the screws are aligned, insert the 4th leg and THEN tighten all of them the screws!
