Minor error after 1 year - no response from Verbatim on RMA

. Attempts to contact Verbatim regarding the 7 year warranty have been unsuccessful - they ask you to fill out an RMA which they never answer. Not worth buying as it will take your data with it when it dies. As an IT engineer, I know how to take care of and repair a drive, and that's a simple case of component failure.
