I bought this duvet for my husband who suffers from anxiety and depression and has had trouble sleeping for years. It took a while to get used to it, but now he really likes it. It helps relieve the pain in the body and helps it sleep. He was a skeptic but now he really likes this blanket. I bought 2 cooling blankets. He's a big guy and he's warming up very much. He liked this best as it had the best thermal management materials. The other was also sold as a cooling blanket but retained more heat. I use it now, I'm always cold. We both would recommend this weighted blanket and have seen an improvement in sleep quality and duration.
