My Chevy Volt didn't have a driver's mat so I chose these Motor Trend floor mats as a good compromise between functionality and price. OEM floor mats and famous laser-measured custom-fit floor mats are too expensive. If you want the perfect fit, then you pay for that luxury. Me? I'd rather spend the money I save on something nicer than floor mats, like stuffing my smoker with brisket and pork butts. The first thing I noticed when I opened the shipping box was the lack of smell! Thanks very much! They were shipped in a box large enough for the mats to easily fold once and the charging mat to fold twice. The shade I set them up in was about 60 degrees and they were flexible enough to work with easily. These rugs require a little scissor work, but not much. Having the original floor mats as a template makes things easier, but I missed the driver and trunk floor mats. As you can see from the photos they are not perfect but good enough for my needs. The front parts had to be trimmed a bit on the outer edges. The backs had to be trimmed to fit between the front seat rails and the center section cannot be used in this car as the center hump covers the traction battery that is so tall. The easiest way to fit the trunk mat was to cut a strip on each side and the entire length fitted perfectly. Only about 30 minutes to clean and vacuum the car and then cut the floor mats. Not bad. Can't comment on durability etc yet. Some reviews mention that the mats are easy to scratch etc. Then pay and shut up for the perfect fit and resilient mats. Yes, I would recommend these mats.
