I ordered this hat for my 19 month old son. It's about medium sized and seems to fit perfectly. Keep in mind that babies' heads grow the most during their first year of life, so after a few months the proportions can make it seem too cramped. I. Comparison with the rest of the clothes and how they change size so often. but everything should be fine! I also have a 4 year old and he is a bit tight for her. The quality is excellent.
