Good product, not disappointed.
I will write as of 2022, otherwise everyone is already too fond of this lens. In my opinion, the lens is a little old and poorly resolves the matrix crop: carefully look at which camera the reviews are written on, most likely on a full frame. Used please, but take a new one - nafig. I switched to the latest 55-250 IS STM and am more satisfied: yes, the picture is worse and darker, but, damn it, it is sharper! And lies in a pocket in a terry sock and is not a pity.
Pros
- - white beautiful and large, with a red stripe - beautiful L picture, only 2.8 zooms or fixes are better - bulletproof - cheap and available - smart enough
Cons
- - it doesn't have perfect sharpness!* - white and big, everyone is watching - version with a stub is unrealistic for the price * or this is my copy, but most likely from the hands, on a crop (200 * 1.6), with a 4.0 hole, I think you can’t shoot it without micro-shake. I went for a cheap 4–5.6 but with a stub, lost in the picture, but won in sharpness.

An excellent lens for your money. On mine, there is a slight backlash when landing in a bayonet mount, but this is on most telephotos. The picture is better than at 24-105. Good color reproduction and sharpness.
