I bought this monitor primarily for software development. I wanted something big with decent real estate that was pleasing to the eye. This monitor is perfect for this job. As you can see from the picture, it's huge! The 27-inch monitor on the left looks like a dwarf compared to the bulky 32-inch monitor. It also has a built-in blue light filter feature that makes it even easier on the eyes. Buy this monitor if you stare at the screen all day. It will save your eyes!
