Update: Deducting stars because the carafe is difficult to clean, the water gets stuck in the cork, and some of the parts are made out of cheap, sharp plastic that can easily scratch or cut someone's fingers. I haven't heard any complaints about glasses from the gift recipient, but I wouldn't recommend a complete set. I found the best glasseset at Home Goods for $10 more. I am reviewing this listing for pricing, packaging, shipping and first impressions. This item is a gift for someone so I can't comment on durability. The package arrived in good condition, everything is neatly wrapped in bubble wrap, there are no visible scratches or defects. These glasses have a good weight and are comfortable to hold. The details are classic and the overall design is reminiscent of the Great Gatsby/Art Deco. I received this set as a gift for a man in his early twenties and I think the set will be well received; So far I would recommend this set as a gift. I'll update my review if anything changes, but I look forward to gifting it.
