Review on NavePoint 12U Wall Mount Network Server Cabinet Rack Enclosure with Glass Door and Locking Mechanism by Harry Jenkins

Stand is double boxed and securely packaged - no damage or missing parts. However, when I first assembled this rack, I noticed that one of the four horizontal rails was not square to the end frames. I compared the four horizontal rails to each other and noticed that one of them was punched about 3/16 inch, resulting in the slots that fit in the end frames not being lined up at right angles and the screw holes not lined up with the holes in aligned were end frame frame and cover. I will contact NavePoint Customer Service to get a rail replacement. I really don't want to return this rack as it looks great and the parts feel very solid. I just want QC to find this bug before packing as it will cost me days during scheduled install. TO UPDATE. While it took NavePoint customer service 2 attempts to get me the correct replacement rail, the rack now fits snugly on the properly machined rail and is solid, attractive, and functional for my setup. I've used a competitor's brand that previously came pre-assembled and it's worth the price premium if your time is worth as much as mine.
