I've read all the complaints about reduced airflow when the faceplate was closed causing drives to overheat and I figured I could fix this problem with a Dremel and a fan filter fix/ grill. And that's exactly what I did! I ordered 120mm Computer Fan Filter Grille (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FYY6641/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1), made a rough line from the front, drilled two holes at the top, with Machine screws and nuts attached, then traced the grille on the back of the panel, removed the grille, finished cutting the hole, then reattached the grille and drilled the bottom two holes back in place with machine screws and nuts - voila! I might replace the weak rear fan, but we'll see how this mod handles the overheating issue first. Relatively easy modification if you already have the tools and parts.
