I wrote to Amana Tool for recommended speeds for cutting plastic and they sent me a link to a table of recommended spindle speeds, feeds and depths. I've used it to make some HDPE parts and it worked great. The pieces had to be cleaned up after cutting, but it was easy to do. I cut the parts in multiple passes to a depth of .0300" (my router isn't heavy duty) and at about 15,000 RPM. After the cuts there was no burr or marks on the bit.
