Although this raincoat was more expensive than my own, it was worth keeping my goldendoodle's hair dry when we have to go potty in the rain here in PNW. It doesn't let water in, even where the leash sticks to the back. It is made of high-quality, water-repellent fabric and has a nice soft interior finish. Lots of strings to match the rhythm I used. In general there is nothing to complain about, except maybe the price. For the record, my dog is 53 pounds and is an average size, wearing 20 inches, which fits him just fine. We got the 22" first but it was too big and even the leg straps just dangled.
