Look closely, it doesn't fit well.
You get what you pay for. The easy-to-build perimeter seal on both kits was wavy and everted (as opposed to inward) in various places, leaving visible gaps and a poor fit on the body panels. The defect was noticed before installation, and we hoped that pressing it would fix it. But parentheses limit this adjustment. Appearance is exactly the style we needed. I hoped the seal would relax and keep its correct shape, but no luck. You will most likely need to apply a thin, dense caulk strip or something to fill in the visible gaps. After all, this is a secondary market.
