Update: replacement unit received, delivered on time. Everything looks fine, there are no problems with the seams when replacing. For a $20 sling, it's well made and fits my needs. Only time will tell how durable the zippers, stitching etc. are. I don't expect miracles, but if it lasts a year it's worth $20. Considering the very cheap price compared to others, this is actually a very good shoulder bag. But as you can see in the picture, the elastic of the inside pocket of my bag wasn't fully/properly sewn and fell apart. Attributing it to one of the missing things. Returned for a replacement because it's a good sling pack and the sizing is what I'm looking for. After buying/returning several bags because they just didn't fit or didn't protect enough. This Vanlison backpack was perfect for the 2018 12 inch iPad Pro (3rd gen). This interior pocket with bad stitching was perfect for an iPad. The size of an iPad is almost like a piece of paper, about 1/2 inch thick, so if you're looking for that case that can fit a really thick letter-sized notepad, then this isn't for you. The main compartment fits a letter-sized laptop, likely up to 1.5-2 inches thick. I'll be back for a replacement and hope I've fixed the elastic and updated my review.
