I broke my ankle, I have a plate in my head and crippled from severe arthritis. I purchased this when I finally broke down after years of doctors telling me to go to pain management. I have memory issues and sometimes forget if I took a dose or not and this cute little pill organizer was literally a life saver. Closes great and cuter than a normal organizer. Lol. Definitely dose the job!
