Based on the many positive reviews, I had high hopes for this product, but was quite disappointed. It can still be a good choice for many of you. For me it was a complete deal breaker. I'm 6'2", which is the upper limit of what the product description says, but it doesn't fit my back at all. I'm of normal proportions for a man my size and have neither the back massager at the highest point nor the neck massager at the lowest point touched my upper back. Problems: 1) The upper back massagers raised to the maximum height didn't even reach the underside of my shoulder blades. My upper back between my shoulder blades is the main area I wanted to hope for. The upper and lower back massage functions only reached the middle and lower back. They felt good but didn't reach the area that needed the massage. 2) Someone in these comments suggested lowering the neck massager, however at the lowest possible point it barely touched the tops of my shoulders, again just before my upper back that needed a massage someone else suggested si Sitting on pillows high enough for the neck massage allowed me to reach my upper back, but trying to balance on pillows that would lift me about 8 inches to lower the neck massager between my shoulder blades also proved impractical . I saw another comment from someone my height who found the product satisfactory but found it unsuitable for the stated purpose for a 6ft 2 in person. Based on my experience, I would not recommend it for anyone taller than 5'8" or 5'9".
