I received this and the box was destroyed on arrival which was not caused by delivery as the package was fully bubble wrapped and the box was damaged under the bubble wrap. I opened it up and visually inspected it. a brief initial inspection revealed that only one pane on the screen was damaged. After fully assembling it I examined it more closely in more daylight and almost every panel has a crack or hole in the screen and every other part of the frame is bent and some even have sharp bits of metal sticking out at the joints. The rubber strip that holds the screen has fallen off on almost all panels. I went to a home store and spent $20 on some items to fix the above issues. It's a shame because I have other Zoo Med products and love them, but that's not the case with this product.
