I like that it has many features but is easy enough so anyone can use with little training required, as well we are still working out all of its potential; there's nothing at this point in particular which makes me dislike anything about APEX yet (though more time will tell).
We've used other systems before where you need an IT department or someone who knows how software works just fine - not everyone does! If your team doesn't have people capable then find some freelancers/consultants willing help get things up & running quickly while they learn what their new system should look / do etc., otherwise expect lots o' frustration when something isn’t quite right until eventually after 2 weeks into using them everything starts feeling clunky again :P.
