I originally bought this solely to reprogram lightsaber crystals from Star Wars Disneyland, but now I use it for work almost every day! I work in an environment where I frequently make and reprogram RFID tags (I work at the front desk of an apartment complex). We make tags for residents of fitness centers, swimming pools and other facilities that we have to allow them to enter through the doors. Our reader and author recently passed away, so I brought that with me. My colleagues and managers liked it so much that the company bought 5 more for all the front desk staff! It's simple and easy to use, even if you've never encoded an RFID tag!
