shoe and boot boxes are the worst because over time they crack and then their lids get absolutely bad they lose their shape which is why my shoe box tower and shoe falls off. This is the PERFECT solution. The boxes are a bit bulky to assemble and depending on the weight of the shoe/boot the box above may cause the box below to break a bit. But overall it's better than warped boxes. I have shoes and boots in some, but mostly the boots are in boxes. I love that I can SEE what's in the boxes. i would buy again
