Defective Automotive Heater Valve Disappoints

This replacement part for automotive climate control let us down. Based on our own experience the Four Seasons 74865 Heater Valve is unreliable and prone to failure .The pros were that it was easy to install, but the cons far outweighed this small advantage. The valve leaked coolant and caused the engine to overheat, leading to costly repairs. We would not recommend this product for engine cooling and climate control..
