Very pleased, good value

I purchased this set of thread for wool appliqué and hand embroidered. I usually use DMC floss but I like how this thread stayed tightly wound together when stitched. The size 8 perle cotton is equivalent to 3 strands of floss. It has a nice sheen and does not drag through the fabric. There is a nice variety of colors. I wish it came in variegated colors.

Colors are beautiful and the size is accurate.

Cons

I only received 7 of the spools ordered, not 8. I use them for both Embroidery and Slow-Stitching.
