When I received the Morakniv knife I bought from Revain it had a small chip on the edge of the blade, I wanted to return the knife but it's not damaged enough to make all the hassle to survive and it took few weeks since it was received and not returned. If you buy Moraniv knives, be sure to check them for quality and defects upon receipt. This knife is the only Morakniv knife I've ever bought, but I'll admit that apart from the chips on it, it was very, very sharp and the handle feels great in the hand. The knife I received will now be left to my wife to use in the kitchen to cut meat. I will order another one for field maintenance. Just make sure you check it out if you get it from a retailer through Revain.
