Rain-Zilla is a good rain jacket. It has a thin fleece lining and reflective elements integrated into the jacket next to the zipper below the vertical neckline (a thin strip approximately 1/16 inch wide and 9 inch long). My son weighs 100 kilos and is 8 years old. He fits size XL but his arms are still short. So I fold the sleeve about 8 inches long and it fits around his chest (33.5 inches).
